Vizazi is Swahili for Inter-generational. Join us as we kickoff Cincy Black Pride! We will be celebrating leaders in our community with the inaugural Torch Awards. Spark (under 30), Ember (30-49), or Flame (50 and older)? Our community is better because of our pioneers and gatekeepers.
Nominations open through Sunday, June 9th at midnight. Awards will be notified on Monday, June 10th. Celebration and kickoff on June 18th.

Initiate your Pride Weekend with UNDERGROUND: Foreplay

Get lubricated from 8 PM to midnight with themed cocktails, music by DJ Mowgli, and a two-story dance party. Enter the party on the first level where you'll be greeted by music, cocktails, and plush seating to get in the vibe. When you're ready head downstairs to the Black Box where DJ Mowgli will work his craft amidst black velvet, concrete, and a whole lot of bumping and grinding.
Dress as you desire. The party is an homage of music, dance, and liberation to celebrate 50 years of progress.
Also featured will be a visual and performing arts showcase from 8-9 PM in collaboration with Cincy Black Pride: Siri Imani, Hanifah Walidah, L. Lamar Wilson, RaeShawn, and hosted by Tim'm West. Featuring a special Stonewall visual arts tribute by Lisa McLymont.
